I wrote this piece to pay a small tribute to my Father, who always was and will always be a HERO to me.
He could not leap tall buildings in a single bound, nor was he stronger than a locomotive, but in his own quiet way he was MY HERO!
Dad gave up his way of life, a life he loved, so that I could walk.
I wanted to share my gratitude with the world.

Mr Stephens is a lucky man
What man on Earth would not love to have had the relationship with their father that Mr Stephens describes. In a time when so much is centered on the here and now, it is good to read about those who knew what sacrifice was all about. As with all of his work so far we get a glimpse of people who know that somethings are more important than our immediate gratification. While his father made great sacrifices for his son's benefit he never let his son know it.
Once again good job Mr Stephens.
